It's in that corner, and that's what the wiring harness looks like after you rip it out

Bottom left of picture is where the amp lives

Default the relay replacement worked

I just replaced the relay in my subwoofer amp with the part listed in this thread. I purchased the relay from Micro Center part# R46-5D12-12 UPC# 768249042976. It took me 1/2 an hour to desolder the original relay and solder in the new one. The replacement relay is larger that the original but don't worry the circuit board is set up for both size relays. Don't be afraid to try the repair. I was afraid of melting the circuit board or something like that. Really had no issues at all. Here are some photos of the finished repair.Bass Drop Out-52918216131__8f37ad16-b748-4640-9443-d6cfc7461199.jpgBass Drop Out-52918217197__ce818542-0d3b-4f55-a5f7-acb5edc38c5b.jpg

I got tired of the relay pressure fix after the 4th time it failed and decided to go with a more permanent fix. Wish I'd seen https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-v...l#post10919476 earlier since that relay fix is a drop in. Instead I followed a lead from another post - https://my350z.com/forum/audio-video...l#post10384212. Had to look up a replacement relay since that one was discontinued. I used Mouser.com substitute relay 551-EP1-3N1S Single 1 Form C for my fix. Pinout is different but I wired it in and used Velcro to mount in same place as old relay. Works great. Pics below show the schematics and install. Sorry for the extra large pictures.

I just fixed mine, gonna test it.
I was lucky and had a relay in my junk box.

The board has spots for 2 types of relay, same circuit but leads are spaced further.
I got super lucky.

found the part here:
