Stuffs available, 3000 for suspension, courtesyparts

Dear Damien Rochells,

I just contacted Nissan Motorsports and we can order that for you and the cost
is $3000 even. They have it in stock and we could order that for you. Let me
know if you would like to order. I apologize for the confusion.

Thanks,

Austin Bursby

wow that's pricey..... Even the V3's cost less than $2k. Is that for coilovers and swaybars and anything else?

On a brighter note, just purchased a set of Brembo's from Danny @ Nissan Unlimited

Thanks for the recommendation Laze1!

I asked for a complete price list and parts breakdown. And complained about lack of Ghosn like person in charge of Nissan Motorsports.

Just cracked open our Spec Z kit. Pic attached. I believe the swaybars (not pictured) are still on the way so the kit would include shocks, springs and bars.

According to the label they are KW Coilover Club Sports. They might be custom valved versions so you might have to run them as purchased from Nissan but I'm not certain about that.

Is it 3,000 including the sways? If not I presume it is just a Club Sport kit.

Brian, thanks for the update. Are the spring rates labeled on the spring?

So true coils, but the OE spring bucket will remain as the toe adjust? Will elongated eccentric holes on the subframe be illegal?

nevermind, is the spring just packed in there like that?

Wouldn't that just be for the coilover kit and the sway kit?
What are the springs and shocks for if we have coilovers?

I think the clubsports are in the ~$2800 range new right?

Most likely no changes to mount locations.

I just talked to one of the SpecZ directors: All motors, brakes, aero, etc., are interchangeable between car models. You declare what year the car is and meet weight/hp restrictions based on the rule set. It's very possible that a car can be VINless, so the only thing determining "the year" would be the motor. Also, if you want to be able to rotate wheels and tires, one could run all 9s, as 10" is the max in the rear. You can not, however, run a front larger than 9".

hmmm....I actually like the idea of 9s all the way around to be able to rotate.

I do too, but I think the 10" wheel will be faster. Especially on tracks with lower speed acceleration zones.

Anyone know if the wavetrac is available yet?
