That is awsome, and sucks that the link to the rules seems to be broke.

From the press release, looks very cool and great to see Nissan supporting it. I did find the rules here http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/s...rules_2012.pdf
Very interesting...too bad I wasn't looking to road race right now since this looks like fun.

I think that even for those of us who are just starting out it gives us a road map towards competition if that is where we want to go. This way, as we get more into it we know what mods to spend money on and what to stay away from.

Here are the complete rules for the series:

Cost on spec suspension?
I'm a little confused:
-What if I have an 06 engine in my 03' (just keep to 258 HP and 3100#?)?
-No hood allowed, but switching hood types is not allowed?

How so? It seems you'd have to change all your alignment control pieces, since they are allowed in SCCA but not this NASA series. I suppose that's possible, though doesn't seem very. . . practical? Maybe there are other parts I'm missing as well.
Where's the "LIKE" button?
Also - anyone see a schedule? If I'm going to play in this park, I need to get the wheels rolling to get it all prepared. Are the parts available for purchase? LOTS TO DO!
