I plan on doing one more event this year. I will be at Road Atlanta for the NASA SE regions final race the first weekend in December.

Any chance you'll be there? It's the farthest track I'll ever go to. I think it's about a 9 hours drive for me.

 

I will for sure...we should chat before you come down. We can split a room if you want. I live about 90 mins from the track...so i normally stay real close tot he track...well because I am Laze1

But you can hang out at my house before and after if needed...or use my home garage for emergency repairs...

 

Thanks so much laze. I am coming down with another guy here on this forum. Sig11 I believe his forum name is. We are going to camp out at the track to save some money and we like camping out. We are coming down Friday. We wanted to do all three days but it looks like there is only an enduro on Friday.

275/35/18 and the 255/35/18 (cheater tire which is the same points as the 275) Hoosier A6.

Well Kids, I won the inaugural NASA-SE Spec Z Championship over 3 other drivers. I only won 1 race, and in most races we only had 2 cars. But I will proudly take the trophy and the associated bragging rights

2nd: Micheal Birchfield
3rd: Clark Crawford (raced at Nationals--4th place I think)
4th: Bill Stienhoff (race at nationals but crashed hard)

I also meet Dominic/Fixxxercask this past week...DAYUM IS THAT BOY FAST...I was turning 1:45 in Spec Z with 8 race old tires, and Dominic was turning 1:38 on HoHo A6s in TTB in his 1st time at Road Atlanta....WOW that is quick...

Does anyone know what the requirement is for the "Driver Championship" Award? http://www.nasaproracing.com/conting...%20Edition.pdf

I know you need 3 racers each day for the race day contingency from NISSAN, but I can't tell if that same requirement holds for the driver championship. Calls and emails to Nissan have gone without response of course.
