Interesting, I made sure to level all 4 scales before taking measurements... one thing I didn't do was unhook the sways which I know cam effects the reading... as far as drivers weight, the top reading is without me in the car v and lower reading is with me in the car.

Are you corner weighting your Z with a corresponding weight in the driver's seat? Your cross-weights are quite different than mine.
Also, building a NA VQ race engine is quite expensive and complex. Make that a future project and take your time in researching it. Otherwise, spend your budget on getting an UpRev cable with Osiris and Cipher loaded on it.

Wad looking to buy the z1 idler pulley delete, saw that it's free when you buy a lightweight crank pulley. Anyone running a lightweight crank pulley? If so any excess vibrations?? I'm hesitant to swap it as is usually designed to country engine resonance.

I was just looking at your block of plate that you made. One concern that I have over it is that it may be too thin to hold even pressure. You may need to make a thicker plate to not develope a leak over time.

What makes you say that? I used a 1/8" thick piece of aluminum which ive done in the past without issue. Engine coolant pressure really isnt that high, i think we put a pressure transducer into a cylinder head once and it didnt go any higher than 3 bar.
I apologize then, I thought it was sheet metal that you had used. 1/8" plate is plenty thick. Picture was apparently deceiving. How is the rest of the cooling system working out for you?
