From a reliability standpoint, I would suggest you avoid the LW pulleys.
It is a internally balanced engine, so it doesn't have a harmonic balancer. It is more of a "damper" and with that in mind, it's probably a good thing to have. All moving parts wear and break, vibration amplifies that. Dampers reduce that.
I don't think there is enough to gain with the LW pulleys to risk that kind of reliability.
I know you want to save weight and make power but, my opinion is not to go there. I suggest focusing on the manifold. There is much to gain from getting the air in and out of the engine.

-A good, free flowing exhaust. (headers & no cats)
-A proper manifold (ported and flowbench)
-Cams
-A proper tune.
As well as the lightweight flywheel and you are probably looking at 300-340whp from a 3.5L

The questions never stop....
Pulled the idler pulley off today, just for good measure , questions is do i need to install the 2 bolts that were holding the bracket in? The left bolt needs to go back in as it still holds the PS pump bracket, but the other 2 are pretty damn long and im not sure if theyre blind or not. Anyone know?

For cams, I think the only good choices are Jim wolf and Tomei. Jim Wolf is way more helpful with communication and tech. feedback. They could probably help you find the cam with the best duration/lift for your set-up.
I spoke with them about Fuel injectors.

I don't have experience. Although, pictures would help.

I reused the bolts that came out if i remember correctly when i removed mine. Also cut the ear off the idler that was behind the ps to use that as a filler. There was a DIY on this somewhere on here but not sure where it is. I possibly could have dug through my parts bin for different bolts but did the mod almost 2 years ago so it is a bit foggy.
Anyways I was just wondering if oil will start spewing out when I start the engine. The bolts are pretty long and definitely thread into the block... might go to the store and get some aluminum replacements.

Yea i cut a piece off of the bracket to put behind the PS bracket... it was quite surprising how porous the metal was... super cheap casting. One part broke off when i put it in my vice I heard it crackling as I tightened it.

I ran the same exhaust with an HR-type y-pipe. It was a very good combo. Mid range to redline felt significantly better. It was too loud and annoying for a daily driver so I went to the Invidia Gemini.
