I'm in process of installing solid rear subframe bushings and it's killing me doing it on the car. I'd love to have the subframe out like that and be able to use a press on it instead of puller tools.

Nice work, very clean.
I'm in the wiring weeds after tearing out all the OEM wiring and I miss the mechanical aspect now.

Awesome update. Looking forward to seeing this build continue.

What is the reason for the full floor cutout behind the front seats?

I gave up and dropped my subframe when I did my bushings. Made is a much simpler job. Even on jackstands it was not hard to drop.

That's where all the extra structure that held the speakers and cubbies that is more than made up for with the cage.

Props for jumping head first into racing without really knowing what you were doing, and looks like you did pretty well for yourself so far. Loving this build and hope to see it finished soon.

I made the cut behind the seats for 2 reasons:

1. For easy access to some bolts on the sub frame and arms
2. For weight ( minus 6kg)

And the opening is going to be closed with carbon fiber.

Slowly but surely

Cleaning all the threads and bolts and put anti seize on is taking some time but you do it once )
Tomorrow the rear will be finished and moving to the front
If someone can help me out with the torque for these rear bolts I will be grateful.

For the rear Subframe I have, I got the subframe solid bushings from GKTech and came with instructions and Torque specs.
I don't have them for the rear arms
