If you want to go 3/4's to an inch why not just get springs if you are only going for looks. Plus the tein basic is not the best tract set-up out there either.

You'll need a rear camber/toe kit installed and an alignment if you want your rear tires to last.

because some people here are just ballers, and some people that are not ballers find this their passion and are willing to spend more money on it.

you don't need 2 grand just to drop the car, in fact you can do it with less than 1 grand. just depends on whether you want just looks, or performance, or both. If you're just looking for a mild drop (3/4"), you can just get a set of springs for less than $200 for brand new and about $100 for used, and spend about another $100 to get them installed. search for your answer in the regular forum, this is the used classifieds.

I have the Eibach springs and love them. It looks much better, and ride quality wasn't sacrificed. I'm sure my rear camber needs adjusted, but I have not noticed any uneven tire wear as of yet.

Sounds like you really just want the look over huge performance. Just do springs and see how you like them. You shouldn't have any problems getting the camber back to stock with just springs or springs/shocks.

To my knowledge you have to buy the spring/shock setup together.

Better spend the money once than twice like I PMd you about. I always suggest Tanabe GF210 and Koni shocks.

Like I also mentioned before, you'll have to check with your local tuner for install prices. Springs are $170 and shocks are ~$900 + shipping.

A set of Koni yellows + Tanabe springs would be around $1k for parts give or take - but totally overkill for your car IMHO.

If you want that type of drop and you have an 06, which already has better shocks vs the earlier cars, I'd go either Tanabe GF210, or Tein S Tech, and call it a day. You'll end up with a very nice drop, and a very comfortable ride. To make the most out of it, add in the SPC kit for the rear so your installer can dial in the alignment, and you'll be all done.

under $500 in parts, about $300 to install including an alignment, and you'll be all set.

If we can help, let us know (we have the springs, and rear alignment kits in stock)

+1 ... I got the GF210s ... installed for free by friends. Had the SPC kit installed by a local shop and sealed it with an alignment. Ended up paying $625 total, parts and labor.
