Put me on the list Royal T. I've been impatiently waiting...

Get these things in production so George can get back out there and kill it next season. I'm sure they'll help supplement his tire expenses.

So should I start searching for another rear brembo caliper?

I'm in if it stays at that price range!

The only way I would buy is if the factory e brake was still functional. Once it is, my wallet will be flying open. I messaged george on Zilvia and he said he would be working on making the e brake usable.

Interested... this kit is just brackets and hardware? I plan on running 2 iron calipers for now, so ill need those, plus the lines, and the hydro brake w/reservoir, and fluid of course. Am i missing anything? I've read through like 16 pages of all the Hydro E-brake threads and want to keep my abs. This seems like the best answer.

you will need a metric tee........I took this one from the junk yard off a 240sx, rear passenger side:
0562f264.jpg?t=1275502073

From the hydro-ebrake you can run hardline (M10x1.0 i believe it is) to the tee fitting above-then more hardline to extra brake mounts-Then-use oem or buy ss brake lines and connect the new calipers...

you can get extra brake mounts off a Z or a 240, etc...like these:

These brackets you can simply sheet metal screw them into the wheel well metal. self taping sheet metal screws - drill tiny pilot hole for best grab.

or you can go online and have custom length SS line made with the metric fittings you need. if you did, i would get at least one extra tee to brake caliper length one in-case you cut one with tire belt accidentally..

if you live in a city with a large industrial base, then look up a local hose shop and they can make you the length of hose you need.

I used bailing wire - to pre route my line in pieces, then I tube bent hardline to match my bailing wire routing to route under the car perfectly..without having a hack job of tube bending.

AGAIN - (talking drivers side)The mounting and routing of the lines is another reason i feel the 2nd caliper location should be mounted at the 1 or 2-O'clock position...

Routing the line to a caliper mounted low like the kit being posted 'may' be harder to do...

i mention this in post 105

You would just need to run lines from your new Hydro with its on reservoir to the new calipers.. Don't touch your current OEM Calipers

What makes this bracket $100 more than the 240sx one? It appears to have less material and hardware. Is it because it was harder to make/design?

Much larger market for 240sx parts most likely. You make something like that for the 240 crowd and it'll sell a **** ton. Develop and make it for the Z33 crowd and it might sell 10-20.

The brackets will cost a bit more than the s-chassis ones because they are more complex and take a lot longer to machine.
