Eccentric lockout bolts worth it?
Hi All,
I am doing some suspension work to my 03 350Z that i plan on street driving as well as autoX and have already purchased some adjustable front upper control arms and new springs. I have been told that an eccentric lockout kit might be a good idea to help maintain my alignment once i get that sorted. Was wondering what everyones two cents on the topic is.
Anyone have any good kit recommendations? I assume this will be used up front. Though I am also about to purchase some adjustable rear camber arms and possibly some new or used rear upper control arms as well.
Want to make sure im only buying what i need before I pull the trigger.
Thanks!

Well, the magical word "lowered" isn't mentioned.
If that's what we're doing here then yes, eccentric bolts and camber arms will pay for themselves by saving the inside 1/3 of your rear tires. Gl.

The eccentric lockouts are for the rear and a good idea if you are replacing the toe or camber arms in the rear. That way the only adjustment is only in the arm. You don't mention swapping to coilovers so you can't replace the toe arms as they also act as the rear spring buckets, and will need to keep the eccentric bolts on them. I don't get why you'd want to replace the rear upper control arm? Don't give your self more adjustment where you won't need it. Keep your adjustment for camber to the camber arm.

OEM have pinch style lock nuts, you aren't supposed to reuse but I don't see a reason you can't use threadlocker to hold for a little but you need 2 alignments if you and it done right.
