Default Zaino DOES have a shelf-life

I asked earlier if anybody else had their ZFX turn rock-hard in the sealed bottle and nobody had. I contacted Sal and received a speedy reply. I thought I'd share:

ZFX is warranteed for 18 months from date of purchase from my web site..

Please read below and then Call Nick at 888-999-9870 and tell him your
ZFX dried up. He will confirm when you purchased...

Every product made has a usable shelf life...

I found that room temperature gave the best longevity for Zaino
products... so that's what I prefer... The optical additives I use do
not like extreme heat or cold. It will decrease there gloss enhancing
properties.

When stored in a cool dry place. Avoiding extreme heat or cold. Shelf
Life is as follows.

Z-1 For optimum results use before 3 years.
Z-2 For optimum results use before 3 years.
Z-5 For optimum results use before 3 years.
Z-6 5 years +
Z-7 5 years +
Z-8 5 years +
Z-9 5 years +
Z-10 For optimum results use before 2 years.
Z-12 For optimum results use before 2 years.
Z-14 For optimum results use before 2 years.
Z-16 3 to 5 years
Z-18 5 years +
Z-PC For optimum results use before 3 years.
ZFX For optimum results KEEP TIGHTLY CAPPED and use before 18
months.

Thank You,
Sal Zaino

I'm sure you can add a couple drops of water and reconstitute it.

Some of them aren't actual polishes. Some of the numbers are things like soap and clay bar.

mine did, found out the hard way last weekend when i went to mix up some and the bottle was rock solid. I used Z-AIO instead and was a lot happier.

I most always replace for free a bad ZFX if I have a customer who has a problem with one.
