Default zaino remainder?

ok, i just finished putting a second coat of zaino on the z. I mixed a little less than 2 oz with zfx, since i'm a rookie at zaino. However, I have about 1/4 of an ounce left over of the mixture. can this be saved for a future date, especially if it is just in a few days? or is this part wasted forever?

I am assuming that you applied the two (2) coat of Z2 w/ZFX with what you mixed in the 2 ounce bottle. You should be able to do your "Z" with approximately 1/3 of a 2 ounce bottle, with or without ZFX. I believe the ZFX instructions say mixed product must be used in 12 hours. Also, mixing bottle must be rinsed with "heavy" solution of Dawn within that 12 hours or mixing bottle must also be discarded. Unfortunately, "wasted forever"! The more application you apply the better you will get and less product will be used!

thanks for the info, the directions from zaino were lost when water was spilled on them. yes, two coats with a little less than 2 ounces of the mixture and I'm very happy with the results. I though mothers hot wheels wax looked good before but the zaino just blows that away.

Why couldn't you store the stuff in small glass bottles? I've been debating getting a few and seeing what happens. I know it will at least stay a liquid since I have some remnants left in a bottle from a month ago and it looks fine, but I won't use it.

You should be able to easily get a single coat with 1/2 oz. Some people can get 2-3 applications with 1/2 oz.

Sal @ Zaino says he get 2-3 with 1 ounce. That is 1/2 the 2 ounce mixing bottle.
