Default clunking noise from my 07!!

Hey all, i did a search but couldn't find anything that quite sounded like my problem. I have an 07' z in manual with 600 miles on the odo. Right after i start my car, for the first couple of shifts from first to second i noticed quite a loud clunking noise from my engine everytime i pressed in the clutch to upshift.

When i normally drive i upshift at 3k and i noticed this clunking noise only when clutching in to get to second. not when engaging second but just pressing the clutch in while in first. but it goes away after i drive a couple minutes. was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if i should take it in to a dealer to have checked out. thx

Mine had a hard time getting in 2nd on occasions..but after break in I haven't experienced it anymore..as for the clunking sound..I haven't heard that on mine...you may want to take it to the dealer to have it checked

These damn 350z's have one of the worst bearing noises and transmission issues by far. I am so sick and tired of it. <~~~Rant

Mine does that too but only for the first few minutes of driving. The lower the RPMs I shift at the less of a clunk it makes. Shift sooner until your car is warmed up. If it still makes a very noticeable clunk after about 10 minutes of driving, you may have a problem.
