IMHO the best things you can do to clean up your bay really doesn't cost that much, but can take a long time to do; Wireless engine bay, and welded up/filled chassis holes. Finish it off with oem paint in the engine bay and raw uncut dopeness ensues. Next imo get a custom intake manifold. Cosworth may be good, but its not the 'dopest' thing out there. Maybe a gtr style twin intake, or a front intake. Better yet do a full custom itb setup. That will guarantee you the hottest sh*t. And again IMO dont stuff it with as much chrome and carbon as you can get, cuz that just looks tacky.
EDIT:
(i don't really care how the engine bay looks, im not a ricer... the closer to oem/stealth the mods look, the better)

imho, i would try to clean up as much of the factory wiring as possible, and do a few custom things here and there. i converted my front coolant crossover to an fitting and ss lining. heres a shot of mine (not finished) to get an idea. i still need to hide the chassis wiring and brake lines and respray the interior but you get the idea lol

i already have the cosworth installed so i don't think ide be able to get another intake manifold.

@Resmarted: i was considering the SFR intake manifold with twin TBs, but they never get back to me...

Well this is a simple suggestion but how about the hood dampers. The zstore sells them for about $95 in CF. Prob cheaper if just regular polished. i was thinking of getting the carbon fiber for mine.
