Should post that I received mine a week or so also. Very happy with them. Also big thanks to InSaNeAmine for a few other things as well.

Only another ~7 weeks before I have the Z to put them on

Default Gounding Kit

To: AKAkracker247
Email InSaNeAmine and he will explain it to you. The short story is that it makes all the electronics in the car and engine work more precisely and thus makes the car run smoother. I have one and it works. Apparently they are an option for the car in Japan.

The thread is 14 pages long. It explains what it is, what it does, the re are believers and non-believers and pictures on how to install, with colors, etc....

After you read the 14 pages it is most likely you won't have any questions left but how much do I send...

Default It has been confirmed!

I have been working with an extremely helpful individual in getting the proper measurements off of the G35 engine for the Grounding Kit.

And guess what?

The lengths are virtually identical! I would attribute any discrepancies in his lengths to him taking very precise measurements. I allowed for a looser fit for routing options. On three of the five wires his measurements were at most only an inch and a half shorter. All of the connection points are the SAME.

So, the bottom line is that the Grounding Kit WILL fit the G35.

As always, if there are any questions or requests, please email me at InSaNeAmine@***.net.

He will also be making posts, on my behalf, on some of the more popular G35 forums.

I would like to take this time to thank everyone again…

You people are the greatest! Thanks for all of your support!

Would Black be the best color to go with? My Z is Lemans Sunset.
What have people with this color Z ordered? Thanks.

Proud owner of an installed silver grounding kit. I must say that it was an excellent buying experiance. Install was about as close to simple as I could hope. The pics on this thread really helped. I think the hardest part was getting the hole cut in the rubber on the battery box. Seems to idle much smoother and be a little more responsive. On a side note. The triptronic seems to work much quicker. Wondering if anyone with an AT has also experianced this. I may post a question on this.

Thanks again Insane...you da man.

Any one use other than silver on a brickyard? I really like the silver, but like a previous post, I'm a little worried about yellowing over time.
