Default Cluster lights up but gauges not working (video included)

Backstory: Car was sitting for a few years, battery was totally dead when I found it. I have nursed the car back to life, but when I fire her up, none of the gauges on the instrument cluster work. The cluster is illuminated, however.

Any suggestions on where to start? I know next to nothing about wiring and the search function isn't doing me to well for this.

I know my RPM guage did the same thing on my Z randomly. But it fixed it self.

Have you tried a ECU reset? Checked the fuses?

A/C and meter amp. It's in the center stack, under the radio.

Battery was dead and car sitting for a while. Since then, I have not had the car running for more thank 1-2min at a time. How long did yours take to fix itself?

Is the fuse to both the lights and the cluster functionality? The cluster completely lights up, just all the dials are dead.

What should I be looking for there? Practically my whole dash is removed and the A/C has been deleted.

when I had this issue (which I blindly removed that fuse) my dials did not function (speed/rpm/fuel/temp) but it still lit-up and my low-fuel light came on. For as easy as checking that fuse is, do it first - could save you a ton of time!

The white box with the ribbon cable that sits under the radio. It needs to be plugged in. If you removed it, the gauges won't work.

I think that you may have solved my problem. I have a white box sitting in the car not plugged into anything.
