smoke tail lights
Hey, whats up everyone. I have a daytona blue Z and wanted to make my tailights and rear turn signals smoke colored. I've seen it on some other Z's online but was wondering how they did this and/or where they bought the film from. Can anyone help me out?

However, I tinted mine with Nite Shades Spray. It looks pretty good. I think I'll put a clearcoat over the shade in a couple weeks when the weather gets a tad better. After I misted the lights with two light coats I clay barred the lights to smooth the surface. Looks good. I think it will stay on for some time and looks to be pretty durable. It's a more permanent solution so if you have to go back to stock you probably will have to get new tail light lens. However, they are a lot cheaper than they used to be with everyone going to LED. Unless, of course you already have those. In that case, I would probably just use the overlay film.
