Corbeau Seats. Yes or No?
I am looking to replace the seats in my 03 Z and I am considering the Corbeau CR1 seats. I have looked around online and I cannot find anything negative or positive about them. I am looking for feedback about these seats from anyone that has any info. The choice right now is between these and the Sparco Siena seats. Help appreciated.

i'd likely say he's considering them for their price and quality. I've heard nothing but good things about them. My old roommate had a set and i thought they were great...too narrow for my fat behind, but were very supportive.

I'm on my second set. I had A4's and now have FX1 pro's. I love them. I've sat in sparcos and brides and cant feel the difference. Especially for the money. But I have only been on the track with my Corbeaus so I cant compare them in that aspect.

Hey Rob...
I had a set of Corbeau seats custom made for me in my previous project. I had the TRS model. They're a nice seat. Keep you in place and provide a lot of support. They are firm, but that is to be expected from a racing seat. If you get them, don't expect them to be plush, luxurious and comfortable - that's not how they were designed, but they are great for what they are. I haven't had them in my 'Z' but I would imagine they would make road-course driving or a mountain run that much more enjoyable, and they are an improvement over stock for everyday driving... Hope that helps you form an opinion.
Good luck with your decision!

Buddy just got some CR1's in his civic. They are really nice looking seats. He opted for the suede ones in all black. They fit snug on me, I am 5'9" around a 33-34" waist. They arent real fluffly or overly comfy they are fairly stiff but probably not more than the stock seats. I really like them and you cant beat the price. He said he got his for 600/Pair

Yep, that pretty much the reason. Having never actually seen them, I just wanted to make certain that they were not in the same class as some of the eBay seats I have seen. I plan on getting red but, one thing that I am concerned about is the red being too bright. Has anyone seen the red ones?
