Lol exactly.... You have no idea some of the calls I get. I have people calling me at 11 at night asking about products. Sometimes I have no clue how they got my number to begin with. I usually end up call the shop and finding out whats going on with other packages when I'm not there.

We talked him through everything and here are his Results:
I don't think so!! My front bumper's both side didn't line up to fender(short). It was just short, as you can tell from the picture you posted. I don't think you can talk so it lines up with the fender. my shop had to bondo and extend both corner so it lines properly with fender, also both of my side skirt was short. He had to chop it in half then insert/extend to fit right. Then he had to sand down to sides doesn't tuck out. Anyways..... should of went to shine. I have picture of everything, how much it didnt' fit out of the box. After spending another $500 of bondo labor it fit ok, still not perfect.

First pictures were taken without any bolts or screws holding the bumper on, As he said in his post. Again though I wish you would have called us or at least called my cell and we could have fixed the problem by either A: Talking the shop through it, or B: Sending you a new kit since I said we had a fitment guarantee.

not tryna take sides on here but i had the same problem (fitment was half an inch short). stock bumper is about 5'9 and theirs measure 5'8.5 and the solution is to remove the bumper guards. thats my car that you see on the pictures provided.

i felt just like you the first time i tried to test fit, and what made it worse was that it was 10am here in ny and 7am cali and i had to wait till their shop opened. I called and text Eric and then called their shop. Got in touch with Peter and he told me exactly what to do, like he says you gotta tuck it in and it'll fit right in. ive seen the shine amuse in person since one of the member who lives close to me has it (folgrz); theyre alike. what i like about M1's is that it has the mesh (i was told shine didnt)

u gotta give the shop a call if you any problems before assuming. they can be busy, but u just gotta have patience and theyll follow up with u

with nexx, its a diff issue but it seems to be resolved. vendor/buyer relationships isnt always gonna be perfect; u just gotta have patience and understand both sides

I personally have never purchased anything from M1, but will be in the near future.
I have chilled with Peter a few times, and he is a stand up guy, and is not here to scam anyone. Also I've known Eric since before his M1 days, and he is practically a saint. He also knows what he's talking about when it comes to bodywork.

Ok, now let's face it. Apart from all the (legitimate) criticisms leveled against the guys at M1 auto, they have remained cool and responded politely. That is some aspect of customer service too. Anyone agree with me on this?.

well, we dont mean to get in anyone's face or anything but sometimes we do make mistakes. i've been working really hard with our team within the past couple weeks to make sure orders get out faster and everything gets a follow up. you guys can expect a+ service from here on out. We've learned from our mistakes and only strive to be better
