im prety sure it pops out just a little then you have to unscrew a few screws while it is still attached, but becareful there are exposed circuts and things in there you could short out if you touch it with the screw driver. Wrap screw driver in tape to prevent shocking and possibly messing up your cluster

Recommend you to buy that part already in CF instead

dammit.. i just finished wrapping the headliner.. it got to the point which i didn't care if there was wrinkles..lol.. frustrated? pissed? or lazy? yup you guessed it.. LAZY lol
i ordered new airbag stickers as well since i didn't like that part looking flat black.
i still need to pull the fabric to the backside but thats not going to happen today.. because i'm LAZY lol

here are recent pictures of my progress. i'm still in the process of wrapping areas with the cf fabric
sorry for the crappy pictures, they were taken with my phone.
headliner.. i just finished rolling the fabric under. i forgot to take a picture with the sunglass holder.
emptied a whole can on these beetches
some cf vinyl wrapped - pillars, rear strut tower caps (i will eventually wrap the whole rear strut), ash tray. and added my cellphone holster it matches perfectly

so here is my setup. halfway while doing this project i started to get lazy and didn't bother with it.. i even thought of just tossing it away. lol. well yeah. not so great, makes me want to try again and do it right
cf fabric wrapped pillars| painted dome light cover | black fabric spray painted visors. picture were taken with my iphone. sorry for the quality
i had a little bit of fabric left so i'm wrapping my cobra radar detector to match my interior
i tried to wrap the little plastic area at the little side window.. it came out all wrong and i had to cut the fabric. now it just doesn't look right. so i wont post pictures till i fix it lol
