I got them out there looking for a couple brackets that are going to hold the seat down. Hopefully before the weekend, but I doubt it, next week I bet.

Nice projecct.. I always wondered, since I saw my boy take all that **** out for his track build. And +100000 on sub location.. Nissan wasted a ton of space wit that huge mass of sheet metal. Granted its structural, there are other ways to brace it up back there.. OP i commend u on a great idea and having the initiative to attempt this... Keep it up!!!

How did it handle with all that cut out or did you ever get into it enough to tell any difference?

Ok I just need on specific angle,
U know the little drop that goes int the trunk.... Mmm I think u know what I'm talking about , I need to know the space between this area.

Here's a pic so u can get an idea, I want to make sure my sub has enough room for excursion

in the pic where the hatch is closed look where the bottom half meets the back half. I had to pull it forward to get the top to come down so i could close it. looks ok just doesn't fit like its intended to.

honestly I i've been driving it for 2 weeks and i've yet to notice any difference.
(not to say there isn't, or i just don't notice it. kinda like when you get a CAI and someone asks you if you feel a difference. I'd like to say I can tell a difference(cause I'm that in touch with my car) but I really can't at all. and I like to add I haven't been driving it softly either

couple more

Looks good so far. What are your plans for the hatch. I wish you were closer so I could come over and lend a hand. I think if you get the bottom to fit, a rear section could easily be fabbed.
