so i wanted to a little change on my wheels but didnt want to lose the original finish on my flat black advans. Followed same concept as meanz and used white plastidip as a primer/base coat (used white so I could see the coverage on the flatblack) it comes out a little more coarse/thicker than the black plastidip for some reason. So there were some spots that I didnt like the final result but over all it seems to accomplish what I am wanting. Will be stripping and redoing it shortly.
Well, since my emblems have lasted over a year, I did my mirrors and rear spoiler to see how I like it. I plan on getting them painted matte if I like it enough.
PS I know some people hate these factory wheels but, since I like them and I make the car payment, I think they are ok.

That being said, my 6 spoke touring wheels looked nice for the first few months, but then the plasti-dip got all nasty looking. I'm removing it this week.
