actually, 220-240 is base, usually, on a dynojet.
what part of "usa" are you in?

with a/m cats, you will be lean. exhaust isn't a problem.

don't know. i'm just telling you what hks told me. i'm going to install it with a/m headers and have technosquare try to tune it via the ecu. i'll let everyone know what happens, but hks says their out of the box kit requires stock headers and cats, or you will be lean. how lean, they do not say.

Oh boy more lean is more power I think. Have to install AEM UEGO and check it out afterwards. I think the Greddy TT is easyer to tune but harder to install.

What a ****ing desicion.

well...actually, more lean can mean blown engine. the hks kit is the most conservative fi kit offered. the greddy is the most aggressive and has blown up the most engines. there are many other good, safe choices in btwn, vortech, aps single and twin, turbonetics single to name a few.
i chose the hks cuz i wanted to start conservative. sounds like you need to take your time and do a lot more research cuz you named the two extreme setups, which are vastly different. check the forced induction forum.

from what I understand is that if your rotrex unit came with the yellow caps in the oil holes you do not need to prime the unit. The system does not have the prime pump like the older models where there is like a boat fuel pump on the oil line.
