Default dyno'd vortech today...

recently purchased GMZ vortech kit, which was tuned for a plenum spacer, and exhaust. I put the vortech on my stock Z, thinking it would run richer,
its hard to read but, on the wideband they used the lowest the a/f read was 13.0,
and it put down 321.3 hp, corrected: 356.1hp
275.8 torque, corrected 305.8 torque
dyno used : Mustand dynamometer
If you have any input let me know........

was this with ss box? if your lowest A/F is 13 then u got problems. Its running really lean bc at most u want to see is 12 when u at WOT. I wouldnt boost until u get it tuned.

They put the sensor in the tailpipe so it should be reading about .5 richer from the wideband pre-cat which would put it around 12.5 area, still a little lean for my taste. I had it in the 11.X's at WOT. Did they tune it Justin? Or just dyno?

When you say corrected...do you mean to DynoJet numbers ? Cause thats what it looks like . Funny you are running lean . Most out of the box tunes are very rich , even with breathing mods

It was a mustang dynomameter dyno,
I thought it was safe to run an out of box tune from vortech.
