Ive got a set of stock axles that you can buy. If you need something cheaper and to get you back on the road.

Not always how much power but how you launch your car. I have 7000rpm launches NA, 6000rpm launches with TN and about the same with a built Greddy TT, all on stock axles...I suggest you preload the drivetrain a little more, or run a little more air in your tires.

Sounds familiar.... Another option for upgraded axles is DriveShaftShop.. They make some good stuff, Level2 or Level5 will set you straight for your power levels. But like Berto said, the launch is key. Good luck and be careful next time your at the strip..

I know how you feel, i snapped the driver side. Like Alberto said, you need to preload the drivetrain alittle more. My snappage was from driver error, popped the clutch and BOOOM!!

Its not so much the axles as it is the driving. Look a Audiblemayhem, he is still on stock Axles running 10's.

Practice practice practice

running 500whp+ on stock axel is totally crazy.. stock holds 450, if you're lucky.

i think it has more to do with launching and the level of torque the car has as well as the type of tires more than peak hp

you could probably drive on stock axels with 800whp all day long if you had normal street tires and weren't launching hard

^ actually that's true. you put the most stress on your axel on hard launches.
