u dont need any info. UTEC doesnt adjust for latency etc....
honestly, your tuner sounds very inexperienced. a supercharged UTEC tune is about as easy as it comes. The only column where you'd actually have to scale the injectors (negative numbers) is in the 0% load column. And even then a -12 or so should give you ~14ish AFR at idle.
If you can get 14ish at idle, you can get it anywhere else

lol, like i said i don't know jack about the utec. I assumed since people throw out "the utec will scale up to 600cc injectors" that meant that you had to input the latency values for the injectors and adjust for them. I guess they just use the 0% column like rich said.

Your best bet is let him email to turboxs about the issue that you having. They will help your issue, just that they taking long time to reply email tho.

i was thinking that also chef. under 3 k should be closed loop so if the trims are going crazy then just adjust the values to get the trims in spec. I'm not sure why that is a hard thing to do....

Ok question fellas: I'm trying to take off my jackshaft pulley because I want to have it sandblasted for a little more belt grip. I was using a 14 mm wrench on the cog pulley side and a 14 mm socket on the jackshaft pulley side. Now these threads are not reversed are they because I couldn't get them to budge. Can anyone offer a little input?

I used your method too to remove my jackshaft pulley, the clockwise = tighten and anti-clockwise = loosen works as long as the bolt head is facing you...

i just swapped from a 2.87" pulley to a 3.12" pulley and had to play around with belts. some more data points:
new 79.5" belt works for 2.87 with GTM pulley
used (ie. stretched) 79.5" belt works for 3.12 with GTM pulley (just barely though)
new 80-1/8" to 80-3/8" belts work for 3.12 with GTM pulley
new 79.5" belt works for 2.87 with GTM pulley
used (ie. stretched) 79.5" belt works for 3.12 with GTM pulley (just barely though)
new 80-1/8" to 80-3/8" belts work for 3.12 with GTM pulley
Can I get a link where to buy the: "new 79.5" belt works for 2.87 with GTM pulley"
I am running the revised setup with the GTM pulley.
Binder says 80-1/8"
You say 79.5"
Where should I start?

Part number is K060795. That's what I use with the revised belt setup and GTM pulley.

Hit the jackshaft pulley bolt with an impact. it will break loose. you have to use an impact and not a wrench because it provides a quick snap of torque to break the stiff bolt loose. WIth a wrench you'll appyl the same pressure and it won't have the same effect.

take your cog belt and wrap it tightly around the cog pulley. The teeth will hold it in place.

Wrap it as you said, and hold it with my hand?
