Speed "ram pressure"
77-mph ( 0.1 psi ) [2.77"H2O]
109-mph ( 0.2 psi )
134-mph ( 0.3 psi )
155-mph ( 0.4 psi )
173-mph ( 0.5 psi )

Many electric fans are spec at 0.4" H2O back or suction pressure and usually max rated for 0.6"H2O so the flow drops radically with condenser, oil cooler, radiator resistance [restriction].

Whereas direct engine driven fans [even with a thermoclutch] can just draw more and more and more power from the engine as the restrictions build up.
