Ryan your car has way more power than 355. It would not have been that close. Are you bitter that my car is FASTER than yours.

Run it at the strip and post time slips.

I would have loved to have run your car while I was on the stock motor. I have no doubt it would have hung well with less boost and on a reflash.

Was there any correction? You dynoed at around August and he did in November so maybe that is why you have lower #'s.

Well he has bigger turbo, but no Dyno. I don't think STS would go to car domain and do that. It's probably one customer who's jacking up his ##'s or maybe he was converting his WHP to BHP.

Edit:

Anyways I also got some TestPipes but not Invidia (I got the UTR). Hope I can replicate all your success. I was also offered to test the new FMIC by Rick but I'm still waiting for their Specs and I want to compare it to the FMIC I have. They are also in the process of testing their new BB Turbo. Subzero had some minor body accident so STS has to wait for it to be done before they can do the testing.

I doubt it.

I hit 370hp at 8.2 psi. Maybe if I put on my spacer I may pick up another few ?

I'll be interested to see the results of the BB turbo. I don't think I need the intercooler since i wont be going past 8psi without building the motor with my boost spike between shifts and all. Once I go passed 8 psi the boost spikes up so high that it will occasionally pull timing when i shift

That is what the test is for. Rick wanted some third party result on how the TQ curve, Power, response time, IAT after the new FMIC. Would you rather have a better flowing IC and better response even at just 8psi (Better IC will help the turbo not to work harder)? Anyways, the new FMIC should almost be a direct bolt-on but just needed to do some minor cutting. I'm comparing the cost if I just put the FMIC I have with custom fabrication and the STS seem to be more cost effective with all the Dyno's added. There is already a shop that volunteered to do all the testing so we can all just sit and wait

do you really think the intercooler will help "response"? I mean i can see it being a bottle neck once boost builds up but not really when your trying to get into positive boost

Well he wanted some test around 8-10 psi so you might not see anything below 8psi. I'm curious what the result will be. He didn't have the specs since he was on vacation but he said that the flow was double of the base IC. Even at 8psi there is still some pressure drop since the turbo is all the way in the back not to mention with a Tube/Fine FMIC. I guess we can just all wait and see if the the FMIC actually do help even at 8psi.

yeah it'll be interesting for sure but I think I would be much more interested in a BB turbo.
