No, I shouldnt turn it up right now, which is what Im doing. Cant run lower than WG pressure anyway. Figuring out your issues is a much better way IMO to handle this than turning down boost and hiding them. Next step is stock wheels up front. Step after is new alignment and measuring of wheelbase....

unless you keep spending money to fix the problem, only to never find out how to fix it.

You guys give up on things so easily? How hard is it to put on stock (no cost) wheels? Take a few measurements and realign ($100 max to most-I have a hookup) the rear of your car? Measure roll out after heating up slicks? (again no cost), etc, get real tig

Berto,
Your issue is the biased ply in the rear with low PSI and the WIDE RADIAL tire in the front.I experienced the same thing as you on the ET Streets, which is why I now run a Drag Radial instead. You said it yourself, the traction difference is minimal if we both can pull a 1.6 60 on both tires.

Thats what I feel is the main issue. That is why I'll be running the stock 8" wide front not the 9.5" fronts I run now...

That will make a minimal difference. You WILL have to run a biased ply front runner in the front, trust me.. Or switch to a Drag Radial tire.

Im hard headed and in a sick way enjoy those runs 1" from the cones, I'll give it another shot on the radial/bias ply set-up. Other people have also commented that my car is not square (with exact same WOT/sway left symptoms) and like I posted above I have a plan for that. Skinnies/bias ply needed in front for 10's? Nah Time will prove one of us right...

I cant run 15" wheels with my Brembo's.

I am not buying another set of wheels/tires. No good 16" DR sizes (255 isnt gonna cut it)

No offense but Im taking advice from the guy who set up and cured the WOT=left pull, decel=right sway on boulderz's 10 sec car. I believe it can be done without skinnies, so do they and so does a MT rep on the phone. Instead of blanketing the issue not seen/experienced on a radial/radial set-up I'll find it, fix it and get it done

We were running the ET streets n Jasons car a while back..He had no real issues, and he had only an Eibach spring set and a cmber adjustment kit, Zero camber..He also had the Nismo rear at 80% lock up..All of those may have helped. I myself experienced the sway, but not as bad as you did, i almost shat myself watching your video, your 100% more crazy than me.. I aint making my wife a rich widow..

Im not married You bring up yet another point, the stock VLSD is slow to react and can cause the pull as it applies power. A fully locked, or faster reacting LSD can also help keep the car straighter. It was on my list of things to do before the build even, just havent gotten around to it...

Don't be jealous of our sea level DA's and flat, non-mountainous landscapes!

I think the LSD is the issue, Jason always cut some sick 60fts...He was going 11.4's all day and night on a stock motor
