I planning for my setup to be a "sleeper" if you will. So i'm trying to avoid the gauge pod on the A-pillar.

And to your point about abusing the engine. Yes, my friends have told me not to drive it hard all the time and don't raise the boost even though i'm sure th bug will bite and i'll want to.
Super long delay on response, but....

I have seen the ARK unit in magazines before. Not sure how accurate it is, but if it is accurate; then it would deffinetly save some space!!

On average about how much money would you save by doing Built and TT at the same time versus doing TT now on stock block and then Building motor? (nub questions but i cant find the answere). I am not doing the work my self, so the shop labor is what would cost the extra $.

Well it all depends on how much that shop charges. If it's like $100/hr than a lot, but if it's like $50-$65/hr not as much. To do twins (properly) and a build; the entire front end needs to come off, and the motor needs to be pulled. If you can do the build while doing the TT install, you will save all the money to pull apart the front-end and re-install everything a second time.

Also, if you have the twins installed first and build later; you will also have additional labor to remove the entire TT setup that wasn't there before.

Just way your options, and your wallet!!!
