based on that knowledge and history.. its safe to say that dynopaks read higher than normal.. and of course this is a well known fact for frequent posters of this forum.

That is not low for a TN at 9psi.. I see lower numbers than that at 9psi with the TN. If it is 350whp at 9psi then that is low.
