Alright...so far we are up to 550 rwhp at 15 psi, with zero timing, super rich. Just feeling things out. More to come as I find out. Just thought I would put that out there.
Once everything is sorted, I will have dyno plots and hopefully videos to boot. For now, I am just getting occasional IM's from Larry so please be patient fella's.

Care to post your timing at full boost? Im only making about 590whp at 18psi at steady 11.5:1 afrs

Im think the set of 20g turbos i have are not really 20g's

I'm sure Alberto will be here in a minute sayin his 18g kit makes more power on less boost and less timing

cant wait til you turn those puppies up to 27 psi!

/\ /\ /\ So True! Gotta Love it.

I guess i'll have to wait until Thurs or Fri for more updates from SP. Apparently they are backed up with something like 20 cars or so. Damn delays.

As I mentioned, I have no specifics of timing info as this was only a preliminary tuning session on wastegate spring pressure only. Besides, I don't think that info is generally shared. I would only expect to get a dyno sheet with Hp and Tq info, maybe Boost psi and AFR at most.

*Just a reminder, that that # was achieved while running Pig Rich and with ZERO timing. (Preliminary Tune) It only gets better from here. - Hopefully.

i make 615 on pump
18g greddy kit here with bc stage 2 cams.....
i think 700whp will get u into the 135mph trap speeds u want no prob....and 20g's can do that for ya!!

Post one thing Ive ever lied about in my 6+ years on this site....otherwise STFU about things you obviosuly dont know $hit about.

And yes my car does make more power at 13psi than his initial tune at 15psi, but keep in mind I have very aggressive cams and diff dynos, diff days whats your big disbelief?

I think str8dum1 is just trying to get a dynochart out of you - he's a collector, lol. (We all love dyno charts - it's not about proving anything - so maybe?). I know going from S1 to BC3, you give up midrange torque in exchange for high rpm torque. That along with your final drive swap are excellent examples of how to make better use of engine power instead of wasting it on tire spin. All good.

Ive shared enough with the community that I dont care if some dyno collector wants or thinks of my numbers. To call me out on the forums over it is stupid. To poke fun of me over something legit on more than one occasion is ignorant. I'll meet him one day I bet he will be singing a differnt tune in person.

He has a hard time understanding things (see his why are Z's slow? thread) even if I posted a chart, he would then ask for a boost graph...you cant win with some of these clowns who dont do $hit with their own cars and try to belittle others.

Well, we did a little more fine tuning and the result was this:
at the same boost as yesterday (15 psi) we are currently up to 576 rwhp. Again, I apologize in advance for not having dyno charts yet, but the tuning is not yet complete. So until it is, I am getting this info piecemeal thru Larry.

And as far as the comment to Alberto, please lighten up. At least I was just kidding.

Just a quick run-down of what I have so we can compare apples to apples:

SP Built Block - Stock displacement 3.5 liter
CP Pistons 8.8:1 CR
Eagle Rods
+1mm SuperTech Valves (No Port & Polishing)
JWT springs & shims
BC Stage 3 (272's)
20G turbo's
ProEFI 128 box
Can Gauge
Flex Fuel Option - will be running E-85 when available.
I-Boost control **** (to manage boost)

I think that's all that is relevant.

Today I got some news from Larry. Not all that bad. Pretty good in fact.
18 psi and 624 rwhp.
Tomorrow we try E-85.
Discuss...

Don't worry, I am not trying to break world records, just a powerful and fun all-around car.
