So the gremlins that plagued my car with my stock block are still there. While tuning one bank was going lean and you can hear when on the throttle that there is a delay of some sort (sounds like it is running on 5 cylinders before the 6 kicks in). When this issue was happening on the stock block, I replaced the spark plugs. This did not fix the issue so its safe to say this still isnt the problem. The DW 850cc injectors were just flow tested at RC and all of them passed with flying colors. All injectors have excellent spray patterns and all are within 2cc of each other in the flow test (870cc average). Anyone know what else it might be? We are thinking it may be a wiring issue, maybe the coil pack(s)?
Thoughts?

Considering the fact that you have a brand new engine basically it seems to be pointing to wiring harness issues or maybe a bad ECU...and having a revup engine adds a little bit more complexity; not as many people out there with experience with built revup issues...

We found the gremlin yesterday it turned out to be the coilpacks.
Just to recap on the issue, when plugged into the stock ecu car starts up fine and idles ok but there is loss of one cylinder during throttle. (on the widebands one is going very lean during throttle).
When plugged into the haltech it was pretty much the same except even at start up it seems to be running on 5 cylinders (also on widebands one is going very lean during throttle).
We disconnect the haltech and the tuner pinpoints that cylinder 3 seems very weak as well as cylinder 5 is not up to par as well.
Since cylinder 3 and 5 are on the same bank this makes perfect sense as to why 1 bank goes lean.
We decide to move the coilpack from cylinder 1 to cylinder 3 and the coilpack from cylinder 2 to cylinder 5. When we do that the car starts beautifully but we slowly hear issue returning as we are getting on the throttle. We check and find that cylinder 2 is showing signs of weakness. Spent the rest of day driving around to replace the 2 malfunctioning coil packs. When we get back to the tuner he had already left for the day so my car is now rescheduled for tuning on Monday.
My only concern now is that the haltech was still showing one bank running lean even with the new coilpacks. Hopefully this is just related to tuning and not another issue with my Haltech. If I find thats the case I am ditching the haltech completely.
Btw it is a pain in the *** finding the cylinder sequence on the Z on the web. For those that are wondering what it is its as follows.
Passenger side from front to firewall is 1, 3, 5 and driver side to firewall is 2, 4, 6 and the firing sequence is 1,2,3,4,5,6.
