Thanks for the comments guys. Im really happy with how it came out. Today I replaced the clutch line, master & slave cylinder, and adjust the nut on the back of the clutch peddle and now I have a working clutch ha, so whatever the issue was it is now solved. Going to now put a few hundred break in miles on it this week and it now looks like I have a tune scheduled with Date @ F:T for this coming satuday, so notice to anyone who would like to attend it welcome.
Also for anyone looking for the gold heat tape that I used, go to summintracing.com and search DEI reflect a gold. Thats what Ive been using and its reasonably priced.

One other solution is to open up the bleed valve and let gravity pull a solid stream of brake fluid down, then lock it up. It can be extremely frustrating but once you get it, you will know. Just have someone manage the volume of fluid going in up top so it doesn't run out.

mine didn't leak a drop after accidentally leaving the bleeder open overnight in the shop!
but on all other braking systems i've done that to get a good start at the bleed process.
Next time my wife sucks some random guy off I'll keep in mind that she will be a better wife after I teach her how what she did was wrong and she learns from it. - jeffie7

Update!
This will be quick for the moment because Im about to go get a million things done around the house, but figured Id stir up the thread a lil until my post last tonight.
Went down to get tuned yesterday @ funtionTuned and ended with a quite pleasing day. Final numbers on the car are 549whp/598wtq on daves dyno @ 18.8 psi. Ill get into detail later on tonight more, but for now just wanted to post the numbers. So to those who said I wasnt gonna make over 550whp on a dj *cough* brimaxguy *cough* ummmm looks like you were wrong.....btw this was with stock heads and cams, and tuning was done with a utec lol

Post the Dyno graph or it never happened
..... I need to see what I'm up against here. Congrats Jon, I knew you could do it. Thinking this is the template will use for any future builds.

Again.. nothing against guys who DIY .. not all of us have the time to do the work.. and even you.. you've been FI about the same time as Rome and myself.. whats that? back in 2006? and 3 years later you're starting to build your block? most of us don't have your time or patience.. Again.. don't assume because we pay for it.. means we can't do it.. I have air tools.. i've swapped motors.. i've swapped transmissions.. recently i've done the brakes on my Z and my gf's altima.. this stuff is easy to me.. Time is what i don't have..
You did your brakes so now you're an FI expert?
Really????? 2 freakin posts and your going to start in on doug??? That seems like an awesome plan to enjoy your forum time here on my350z
+1 on the pics Jon. I've seen it in person and as most know, I'm all about flashy engine bays, this car is as amazing to look at as it is fast.
Start packing boys.... airstrip in 2 days
