Default No boost/ Car stalling upon start up

After finishing up the car I decided to take it for a drive around the block, 3 miles 5ish Kilo...Car ran fine except for no boost, runs a perfect vacuum till I press the gas then it hits an invisible wall just at about -1. So i pulled back in front of my house. Turned the car off, thought i had fixed it... when i went to turn the car back on it turns on then shuts off immediately. The only thing i changed was a better vacuum line.

Car is also not pulling any codes

Help

I got it to start, added more oil :S, the savanger pump basically leaked almost all of the oil in the car. Poured more in, basically enough to move it to the garage :S

Hopefully you didn't pick up serious damage.

How?

Was the line from the reservoir to the pump not connected? Or maybe the line from pump back to motor?

That doesn't add up.
