Ummm, no. I'm pretty sure the stock ECU does not pull timing after 5k rpms.
It does, i have logs where my stock ECU has pulled timing at ~5400rpm, still an unknown reason. And it was not because of knock, i unplugged and put a resistor in the knock sensor and it still does this. This is related to my "surging" problem, my timing gets pulled down to ~-7* during any quick change in throttle
Edit: Uprev is supposedly looking into this, we have found that i am not the only one and it tends to happen on quicker spooling cars using Osiris
