Momentum turbo kit RELEASED!
it was only at 12psi, buddy.
12psi and just straight pump gas. It's a forged internal build but std compression.
you took my posting the graph entirely the wrong way. I was trying to show what it has already done for us. There is no attempt to skew or alter the appearance of the chart. That's the format that the Land and Sea dyno plots the chart. You can see the power curve, you can see when peak torque is hit and no matter how you etch a sketch it, the numbers don't change.

... and I would recommend just ignoring the unofficial marketing arm and muscle for PowerLab and Intense (the AZ mob)

It's Std Turbo Compression. I believe they are just the 8.8:1. I'll see if i can check his build sheet but i'm pretty sure the are Turbo CP Pistons.
Look, I'm NO WAY bashing or down playing PL. I don't know anything about there kit, i've never used it. For all I know it's the Jesus Juice of turbo kits. We installed this one, we tuned this one, we drove this on. We like this one.
good call.
So here is the thing. These guys did their homework. They took their sweet time to revise any issue that came up and I applaud them for it. It's a big risk these days to come out this big with a new product for a no longer new platform and it's a good thing that they did. We feel that they will be around for quite some time and we look forward to growing with them, too.

Quite a few in depth pics, videos and graph of Momentum on a G coupe.

Speaking of installation; installation is very straight forward with this system, this can mostly be attributed to the excellent fitment of the components, and the precise step-by-step full-color instructions. Almost any gear head can figure out how to bolt a part on, but it's the tricks and tips that make that installation go flawlessly, and in a time-efficient manner.
One of my favorite parts about this kit is how perfect the base map is. We completed the installation, got some oil pressure to the turbocharger, flashed the ECU with the provided UpRev cable holding Momentum Performance's base map, and one crank later; flawless idle. We couldn't believe it. Now, a flawless idle is nice, but the proof is in the drivability and performance. Once again, we couldn't believe it. First pull on the dyno, the tune was perfect and nailed with no adjustment required. The power and torque result was exactly as stated, with an excellent delivery curve. We took the car out for a couple test drives, and once again; flawless. It's truly a perfect kit.
Now, that's my opinion on the kit, but since I'm not the end user, my opinion means little without agreement from the customer. After receiving the car when the work was completed, Kristyn gave very similar feedback. She said just cruising around, it feels like a stock vehicle as far as drivability is concerned, but when you get into it, it's obviously a night and day difference over a bolt-in VQ35DE Rev-Up. Needless to say, she's very pleased with the outcome.
Momentum Performance gets two huge thumbs up from me and everyone else at National Speed, Inc.
Bobby, Sig, Bryan and Russ are doing an excellent job pushing Momentum Performance forward in the industry. Thanks for all of the support with our first Momentum Performance turbo kit installation, gentlemen!

Send Kristyn up to raleigh for a little highway roll on fun. She'll be back looking for a 76-82mm turbo
Jordan do you guys have a mandrel bender or do you pie cut for exhausts? You guys are less than 2 hrs away and I need an exhaust made and rather support our vendors

Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by and make a few notes on this documentation thread I made for Kristyn's 2005 Infiniti G35.

As to not stray too far off topic, I'll shoot you a PM on that matter. I appreciate the inquiry!
