That could be right. I might be mistaken but I think the only two available pulleys, at least the only two worth considering are the 100 and 110 mm. 120 would probably reflect what the original HKS V1 put out.
It's been awhile since I used that calculator but you might have the pulley sizes in the wrong spots?

I'd be looking to get the compressors rpm up as high as possible mechanically and accommodate the threshold of 100k by reducing the the rev limiter. Safer for the engine and the compressor.
Consider the difference between superchargers. 60k for a Vortech and 100k for the HKS. That's a big f'n difference.
107,000 is 7% above the supposed limit. 7% over the Vortech equivalent is 4,200.
The HKS cannot easily and readily be replaced like a Vortech where we have Vortech and various other supercharger rebuilding companies. I've read through a long forum with BRZ's and the issues guys were having with these HKS units. We're talking about months before you get your **** back from HKS in Japan.

Im gonna say your math is correct, bro. Why you are seeing lower total rpm is the fact that you are not including the jackshaft cog pulley with the Vortech setup which multiplies the rotation speed rate of your drive pulley off the supercharger.

I wanna say it is because if I recall, there isnt a jack shaft on the rotrex set up, is there?

No theyre isnt to my knowledge. Do you know the internal step-up ratio of this blower? Like if your 110mm pulley makes one complete turn, how many times does the the impeller spin?

I finally got some time to stuff the engine and trans back in the car, slowly working an hour here and there to get the core support up, all the piping mounted, run the return line for the fuel system, and build out the lines for my oil cooler setup, then its hopefully off to the dyno early January.

Look'n good. At this stage, you've got an opportunity to seal the air filter from the engine bay which would act like a larger intercooler because the HKS wouldn't be taking in shitty bay air.
You could get some 1/16" or 1/8" abs, cut out a hole to fit the filter's pipe and attach it to the tire side of the frame rail then heat it up and conform it to the fender near the strut tower, pull it out and finish the rest once the core support and nose go back on. Make sure there's enough material so that it extends to the top of the fender as well.

So I just fit up the charge piping and intercooler almost completely, which is what I was figuring would give me the most headache as I’m putting it on a G35 and it’s intended for the 350z
All in all it went really smooth, the hot pipe bolted on just as it should, intake piping fit up nicely, I had to trim the core support and make an opening for the cold pipe to go into, and the G35 crash bar is a bit different than 350z so I am going to make some new brackets to mount the traction cooler, other than that it was surprisingly super straight forward.
I got the Koyo oil cooler mounted up, built some new brackets for the traction fluid cooler so it gets some cool air from the grill inlet, now I've just got to finish plumbing everything and button up a few little things and its off to the dyne soon hopefully
