You really must suck at t3h searching because there are tons of threads that will pop up if you type in intake. There is also a complete forum devoted to intakes:

As for your question, no you can't combine the Popcharger and the Injen. If you want a cheap performer get the Popcharger. If you want the Injen get the Injen.

it seems the pop chrager has so many pros than cons:

pros:
-at least 6whp gain
-easy installation
-CARB approved
-price (you can get one for 109-120)

cons:
-heat soak (that heat sheild isn't fooling me. i have had short rams before and they don't do squat)

the Injen 1986sp
pros:
-most power i've seen in an intake (cloudy had an independant dyno)
-no heat soak
-can turn into a short ram

cons:
-one of the more expensive intakes (around $250)
-in a CAI configuration there is a higher chance of hydrolock (but still unlikely if you're carefull)
-not CARB approved
-installation will take a while

....from what i've read that's about the gist of it.
