It makes slightly better gains than the spacer.
Mike (The Moderator Wired 24/7) dynod it a while back and made a thread on it. All his pre/post dynos were posted.

The plot shown below is one of them.

They shouldnt be , its basically a very mild ported Non rev up lower to be run on a Rev up motor. We already have this intake on our cars minus a couple small grinds on it.

Its not ported at all. It's a re-contouring of the runner inlets.

And its not a small grind either. MREV2 is not what you see in the pictures.
I didn't want to post actual pictures of the machining work done to it.
