SickZ,

They are available now (locally and for the independant dyno testing) in limited production. Release is deliberatly moderated.

I want to make sure fitment on the development and test Z's is fully repeatable to the public at large.

This is important because there is a lot of car to car variation from the factory. Car to car variation is normal and expected, but it needs to be monitored early on.

I hope you can get the dyno results and sound clips out soon. A lot of us are holding off on buying other systems b/c of this posting.... we're all watching eagerly.

^and the weight would be a "gain" in a sense. Lighter equal better performance. not sure why else weight would be important

I'm sure he means it's gonna move faster if its lighter - which I'm certain is not news to you... however like mods in general its a sum of things not just one thing... having only a lighter exhaust with no other effort to lighten things really isn’t going to make a difference... but if you are after ever tenth or hundredth, all the things you can do to lighten the load will help.

Having this exhaust with heavy @ss 20” wheels for example defeats the purpose on many levels.

you misunderstood me... what i meant to say was, tony put way too much time and effort into this exhaust for it not to sound good and have good gains... meaning ill probably just take his word for it and dont need to wait for crappy internet sound clips to make my decision... (of course dynos with different exhaust combos will be interesting to see though)...

but either way i dont think it will change my mind about getting his exhaust... i mean if you think about it, how many people on here have the nismo and love it, and the nismo gains you only like 3 hp and you lose low end torque (atleast i did when i had mine).. not to mention it sounds different (better) in person, than any sound clip i heard on the web..

i met tony in person and talked to him for about 30 min about this exhaust months ago... great guy and this is gonna be a great product...

p.s. and also there is gonna be dozens of different combinations you can do to change the sound and tune the exhaust to your liking

Depending on what configuration is used, price will range from about $500 to $2000.

There will be a lot to chose from.
