I'll post pics of the production parts. The production parts are a lot cleaner than the prototypes.

Hey Tony, will the TDX just replace the standard dual mid pipe or will it require a new/larger XYZ Pipe as well? Thanks!

PS
<<<< still 's the sound of the V2

Its only a change out of the mid pipes.

For NA, you absolutely want the XYZ primary pipes to be 2.5". After the merge point, they can open up all the way.

TDX has a slight advantage NA and a significant advantage FI.

anyone have some rear pics of the newer 4.5 inch tips installed, at different angles to compare to the first style i have. Trying decide if i want to switch out to the larger ones. Looking at my exhaust tips i dont wish they were bigger but knowing their are larger option has me curious. Rolled tips BTW

BTW constantly getting compliments on my shockwave ti, both quality and sound.

My wife just heard the Shockwave exhaust for the first time yesterday on another car as it took off. Her jaw dropped.

Her -->

I may be swapping over when this mysterious TDX lands. Definitely won't have to do very much in-house convincing, that's for sure.

Default super low mid pipe

After looking at UnitedBreaks pics they are very similar to how low my midpipe is also, although my car is not lowered ( because of the height of the midpipe I was afraid to get a drop on coilovers because I didn't want to destroy my exhaust). but my mid pipe is liberality 3.5 inches from bottoming out with stock height on a roadster not to mention the passenger side straight pipe is rubbing the sway bar and rattles every once in a while . I've had my exhaust since august and don't really drive my car much, I absolutely love the exhaust note and its unique modular design but since I was really planning to lower my car a bit (1.5 to 2 inches) but not at the cost of wrecking my exhaust on the smallest bumps/ holes. Is there anyway to fix this problem because i really like this exhaust but i have to get that pipe off of my sway and get the midpipe away from danger
I'm just looking for a solution so i can get rid of that wheel gap safely and lose that rattle that comes and goes
thanks!!
heres some pics ( sorry about the i-phone quality i can take better ones if you wish but these get the point across)

Unitedbreaks will be installing the TDX midpipe on his Z and report back. The 350Z TDX exhaust is scheduled for release in a couple weeks. The TDX uses a new midpipe that provides a lot more clearance. Pics will be available soon.

The DC headers, ART pipes and the motordyne V2 exhaust. It rubs the passagers side. tried everything.

Nice tucked in and even better gains from what I understand! I'm glad you are on top of things over there but how much will it set me back?

I need to go through the first production run to know a cost.

I may even make non-polish an option on the parts forward of the axleback section.
