Good to hear that you will also be doing the test with Zcar. It will definitely be interesting to see how they scale. Will you be doing a before and after with TP or stock cats?

My last tune was for TPs, but I had to put the stock cats back on for sound at Laguna. Meaning, that we'll still have a back-to-back of stock cats to ART with the current tune, but even better that there will be an additional tuned comparison of TPs to ART. After that, Rob will see if further tuning can produce additional power with the ART pipes. Power that I need since the 370 is way faster than me in the long straight from T11 to T2 at Laguna. Picking up the extrq TQ will be welcome, and maybe we'll make 270rwhp!

Alright sounds good, I was gonna suggest if you wanted to borrow my TPs but it sounds like you have some already. Since you will be doing this test than I will go ahead and skip the same portion from my testing plans.

Btw, I remember you did something to your stock DE headers. Was it an enlargement of the collector ID on the TP side? If so, what was the final ID?

I don't want to jack this thread, but wanted to answer the question. I simply cleaned up the casting flash and marks on the stock headers, and smoothed out the runners. I didn't really enlarge them.

I don't believe it is hijacking the thread at all since it is relevant info when you will post up comps. Also the art are larger in ID than most commonly available TPs.

Mine get in today, and I should have them installed and dyno'd by the end of the week.

Piecing it together is costly, but I'll ask my fabricator is there is anything we can do to bring it down.

I know one part that can be omitted is the polishing process... Would that make any difference for you guys?

I'd be willing to take a non-polished set of HR ones when they are ready, could possibly dyno-test as well, but i'd have to check on that and see who would work with me and let me install between runs.
