Can you spin the tires????

Check:
Battery voltage
alternator charge.
all ground connections.
ABS connections/unit possibly doesn't work??
Fuse
reset/check BCM "body control module"

Check for loose connections

Is the ABS light also on if so you have a brake light issue either a bulb or fuse.

No other lights and no codes?

You check your tire pressure? Flat tire? if there are no other lights my bet would be brake or tire related as has been pointed out.

If your rear wheels are spinning and your front wheels turn backwards (losing control, drifting and losing it, etc) it will set it off like that.

Mine did the same thing when the Mass Air Flow Sensor popped off the intake tube. Check the connection there. Good luck.

I had the same thing happen. My "check engine soon" light went on first, then the "vdc off" and "slip" light came on. I kept driving at a track event regardless with no consequences. When my codes were checked, it showed I had a misfire in #5 cylinder. My shop reset the "check engine soon" code and all lights went off and have stayed off so far.
