Tail light Fuse keeps blowing
As the title says, my brake lights work just fine, however my tail lights do not come on. i replaced the 10A fuse behind the battery and it keeps blowing in addition to replacing the tail light bulbs altogether and no luck. where do i go from there. Nissan wants $226 for diagnoistic time + labor for fxing the problem, and its just a tail light. lol So now im asking you all what is my next step. i think i may have a short somewhere but thats just my theory. HELP PLEASE. Thanks in advance.
oem or aftermarket tail lights?
.. aftermarket/ebay taillights are notorious for negatively affecting the ECU operation and performance as well as blowing fuses due to excessive and inequal current draw.

Superblack where were you going with that? I'm curious cause I've been having taillight problems as well and it happened during a short period of time that I didn't have front fender wells!!!!
Bump! I'm in the same boat.. my tail light fuse keeps blowing out for some reason. I recently installed a pioneer head unit and 1 10" sub/amp. My OEM battery was drained because of it so I replaced the battery and about a day or two later my tail light fuse was out. I went and replaced it today and tried to turn on the light and it worked for a sec and blew out..
I have not messed with my tail lights since I have bought the car (they're OEM) and haven't messed with any other wires. Should I try to put a (15) fuse in there instead of the original (10)?
