Small oil leak
Without a picture of the underside it is basically impossible.
Some helpful photos would be the underside of the engine, how long since you noticed it, how long since your last oil change, probably a picture of the top side of the under tray, pic of the oil filter, oil pan, drain bolt, and both valve covers.
Do you have an aftermarket oil cooler? How long have you owned to car?
It it for sure oil, or could it be clutch fluid/brake fluid/atf/transfluid/power steering fluid/etc.
Okay well I will try to get those and we have ruled those out because we got a little of the thing on the ground and it looked like oil and we also compared it to the other fluids and everything was dry except the oil pan and it was only on the oil pan I have had the car for maybe a month now and the photos may come in late because it is with a relative of mine who used to be a mechanic so I’ll try and get those for you

While you're under there, try running your finger along suspected areas--like the underside of the oil filter--to determine where a leak might be coming from. The VQ35DE is not known to leak oil, and is a precision-built engine. Even the oil pan should be dry, unless there's damage or a leaking pan gasket. How many miles are on it?
