How did you pull that off? Good luck!
The footage is in the can after about 2 hours of interviewing and taping. You will start to see teases for it in about a week. Once they give me an air date I will post it here so you can all watch. Its going to be on the 11:00 news and should be about 2.5 minutes in length which is huge in prime news time during sweeps. They claimed I gave them an awesome story and that they will be using it during sweeps for ratings. I used a good number of quotes against them so hopefully they will take notice and do the right thing. This will hopefully put an end to our suffering with these cars. Yeah, I know I'm no Marlon Brando but I think I got my points across.
Car pulls off to the right due to design defect in suspension
Tires replaced every 3k miles at $700.00 plus labor
Navigation door wouldn't open
Clutch chatter during idle and at takeoff
Leaks from the softtop
Tachometer stops working while driving
Passenger Door wouldn't open
Gas filler door wouldn't open
Etc, etc..

I went to the dealer to have the front end inspected and repaired, my front tires are cupping and has a lot of road noise. There is a TSB that extends the front end from a one year warranty to a two year warranty. Mine is a 2003 and I missed the time span. If you are under the two year warranty extension they will repair and replace tires.
I have a 2004 350ZR and according to the Nissan Rep, Miranda Carter, it isn't happening in my car so they won't do anything for me. The dealership has already confirmed that it is and replaced the tires once without reimbursement from Nissan as well as an alignment. Its been there three times for an alignment this month and they still can't get it right. The car handles like crap now that they changed the toe setting. The car is still sitting there as I type with them trying again.
Miranda now admits that they installed a drag kit on my car but they didn't put it on my repair invoice which isn't legal. Then she says that this happens routinely where they do stuff to your car without telling you. Nice to know...Huh..

I just got another call from Nissan and they still won't admit to the problems I am having with the car. They claim to be unaware of my situation, but they are now supposedly diligently trying to fix the problems. Yeah right, like a dog chasing it's tail..
I own an 03 coupe, and still have the pulling to the right problem, even after getting a brand new control arm put on under warranty. They say that since it takes 14 seconds to change lanes that they won't fix it any more. Is there anything else I can do?

If you must have the wheel turned from center to go straight you have another problem. My first guess is R and L toe incorrect although total toe may be correct. Might you be looking too close.

Just how crooked is your wheel?
If the tech adjusts the alignment on the front wheels with the steering wheel not level, straight, what ever you want to call it, the alignment can be correct and give the results you describe. This can also be caused by the rear wheel aligment being out of spec. Was the alignment 4 wheel?

The 350Z special is set to air April 28,2005 at 11:00pm on CBS in New York. The reporter is Kirstin Cole and you should start to see teases on the special starting on the 25, maybe sooner depending on their decisions. Hopefully this will force Nissan to accept their design failures and do the right thing.
