Yep, i recieved mine this week. Did not have a chance to take pictures as they went straight into the shop for instal. But I will try and get them to take some pictures for me.

Shop hasn't sent me any pics yet. Should be installed soon and tuned. I will eventually get a dyno vid and some pics in the next week.

What a difference a proper set of headers can make.

 

Well its not all the headers. Don't be fooled although the headers were critical.

I swapped in the SGM motor itself out of Sasha's car. The one that used to have ITBs and made 376 whp.

Everything was the same except I had a stock upper plenum, maf, throttle body etc.

So that put a cork on the motor.

But it has ported heads and JWT C9/C10 cams.

And oh yeah, still running stock fuel system, except I am running 110 Octane with the 12:1 compression pistons.

 

Big cork. I made 310whp with SGs with smaller cams and a Cosworth plenum, but stock MAF and TB. Sounds like I'd make big power with some Jenvey ITBs and some better engine management.

 

Makes me wish mine weren't pc'd. Are there reducers after the collector?

what cams are you running kacz? kacz/2TH any heat issues inside car from the headers?

 

I have a revup engine and run the C8R cams.

I deleted my AC compressor and plan to do the condenser to reduce heat soak. I noticed the heat coming in through the vents before the compressor delete. Nothing I couldn't deal with, but def noticeably more ambient with it out.

Sounds great! How high are you reving it and what engine management are you using?

 

These should fit the HR without any fitment issues right?

 

Fitment On HR..... I'm not sure, we haven't tested these on a HR. I would like to, but I would need a car....

 

I'm worried about the pipes hitting the steering shaft.

EDIT:

I think the only issue with Headers between DE/RevUp and HR was that it may hit the floorboard on the HR passenger side. No steering shaft issues with Z33s, G35s and G35 Sedans however are a tight fit when it comes to steering shaft clearance.

 

right now its limited to 6600 until i can get better injectors and fuel pump installed.

will rev to 8300.

Stock ECU tuned with UPREV.
