good times,
So, I had a low RPM "chirp" from the belt. After some googling I figure its my idler pulley. So we go out there and spray the belt with WD40. No more squeak. This is when we know it is the belt and not the pulley.
So we (my homeboy) go get the belt from ADVANCE. Go to put it on and its 4 inches too long due to the aftermarket pulleys.
After we tightened the original belt on there, it, it does not squeak, but still needs to be replaced, so Im hoping to get some help on here as to what belt I need for a 350z with aftermarket pulleys.
Any clue what size belt I need for aftermarket pulleys on 350z?
gonna spend all night googling.
anyway, this is the belt for your Z. Not mine.
EDIT; think i found it
Got bored and painted my shift ****. The one I ordered was just too weird and I liked this one, but hated the gold color.
Waiting on some new lugnuts and some blue led night ambiance...because/RICE
I was going to paint my plenum splatter blue and white, but I read it may increase heat soak, so I may do the strut bar for style points.
Rough and dirty concept 3.
Searching for some good lines. Like I said, it will take me about 97 more rough concepts before i get something solid. My concept comes up on the rear window (behind driver) and is detachable.
although, behind the front wheel looks like a keeper.
Anyone sees a line they like you are free to take it
delete the rear window, the car looks better.
So, I go out there to put on the lug nuts and all 5 of the lug nuts on the drivers side are less than finger tight. (go check your lug nuts if you are reading this) I was having some clicking from the rear wheel , and thought it was the axle click fix that requires re greasing, I guess Ill know next time I go for a ride.
After trying a few different ways of placing the nuts, I decided to eventually pull them off and paint them white with some light splattering of metallic blue.
For now, I left the points off, it was too much for my taste, maybe after I paint them mostly white ill put the points back on.
Now that I have adopted some lines from the initial sloppy concepts, I can begin to tighten down a few areas too see what will look good.
Quick and dirty render 1 WIP
96 more to go before final draft
And added some blue LED for ambiance at night.
