I am looking to be done by April. I should say that is when I am looking to fly the person who is going to tune it up here.
I would like to have the car up and running by mid March so I have time to work out any small issues like fuel pressure, oil leaks, coolant leaks or anything else that might pop up.
Just did my taxes today and I will have the money in 10 days so between that and my bonus at work I should be good to go parts wise.

I was wondering if anyone has ever considered running CO2 or something through the coolant ports on the intake manifold neck where everyone does the coolant bypass?
I was just working on that area of my car and it seemed like an idea. The main problems I could see happening would be that the air would become more dense obviously post-MAF. The other issue I could think of is condensation from the rapid cooling.
Any ideas or input?

Good question !
With your radiator not sitting up right and in direct air flow it maybe an option . But thinking about it , I would just put one fan on the back side of it [ pulling ] That way you have the whole front of the radiator exposed to fresh air . JMO

The reason I have chosen this layout is because I have some fairly big fans and they won't fit next to each other on the same side. I did this to get as much coverage as possible though. It also has to do with spacial restraints in a few areas which will be evident in pictures.

I finally got all of the dimensions to calculate my impeller speed. With my crank pulley (6.22" which is bigger than stock), a 3.25 supercharger pulley and 6500rpm my impeller will be at 44,784 rpm. I believe that I should be at about 7-8psi then. With my upgrade that is on the way I think I will be at about 10-11psi with the same pulley hopefully.

My friend with machines has been busy snowmobiling and hasn't been around to let me into the shop.
It will still most likely be April before it is finished. However, I am honestly a day worth of work away from have the coolant system completey finished so I can test it out. I can't really do anything with my supercharger until I get the impeller and volute back.

Throttle body coolant bypass is done.
Started working on a wire tuck on the passenger side front near the head light. The only wire on that entire loom that I use is the headlight plug. So I am pulling the entire harness apart as far back as possible and moving the plugs elsewhere.
I am also finishing up a number of small little things like getting the fittings for my oil catch can and coolant overflow. Should have a good update at the beginning of next week.
Also have a UTEC and a wideband on the way thanks to Performance Factory!!!

It almost 4am and I just got done working on the car for a long time.
I finished my wire tuck on the passenger side. I opened up the entire loom and pulled 7-plugs that were up near the headlight all the way back. Now there is only two plugs on the passenger side just like there is on the driver side.
I got all of my fittings for the supercharger sealed up and tightened also.
I also finished making the bracket for my oil catch can which will be installed this weekend.
I finished up my power steering cooler lines. I have choosen to use the stock oil cooler still as I have yet to encounter boiling. However, I have a really trick mount made for it that will look really clean when welded onto the front brace.
The last thing I got done was mounting my fans to the radiator. Since I went with the largest fans possible I had to trim them a bit to get them to fit. I also tested them and those things flow an amazing amount of air.
Next up this weekend is my boost gauge, A/F gauge if it arrives by Friday, finish installing oil catch can and power steering cooler and then hopefully get some stuff powder coated.

I am going to weld a tab onto the underside of the brace to support the U-bend side of the power steering cooler.
The posts for the rear radiator mounts are not cut to length but will be adjustable. Still need some more bolts for some of the stuff also.
Fans are mounted and wired. They work great.
I am going to finish up my carbon fiber switch panel tomorrow.
Please note that the mounts are not completely finished for the radiator and will not be so boxy looking when I am done.
